Playstation Blog also revealed a few more details about what is coming to God of War Ragnarok. They have revealed that aside from Thor, you will also be facing the once ally Freya. Freya who is a Vanir magic user will be a terrifying new opponent for Kratos as she swore vengeance for having lost her son Baldur.
They also teased that in God of War Ragnarok you will now be able to visit all nine realms. In God of War (2018) you can only visit six of the nine realms but now you can also visit Vanaheim, Svartalfheim, and Asgard. The six other realms will also have new areas to explore so they won’t just feel like a rehash of what you explored back then.
God of War Ragnarok will be releasing on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
