Game publisher Koei Tecmo recently released some new information regarding two new characters for upcoming video game Warriors Orochi 4.
Warriors Orochi 4 gets two new characters
Two new characters were introduced by Koei Tecmo just recently for the upcoming beat ‘em up video game. These two new characters are gods of different religion, which are Ares and Odin. The former is the Olympian god of war and the latter is the father of the Norse gods.
Ares actually does not care for the humans and he thinks that they should be controlled with an iron fist. He is currently unsatisfied with the rule of his father, Zeus, who is actually friendly towards humanity.
For Odin, he was able to change the fate of Ragnarok by gaining power and wisdom. It was predicted before that the world would be destroyed by the war of the Gods.
Progression system revealed
Another detail that was revealed by Koei Tecmo was the game’s progression system. Aside from power increase from leveling up a character, it will produce new skills by using skill points. The weapons can be given attributes like elemental attacks by using materials in dedicated slots. Players can also add new slots and the weapons they acquired in battle can be sold and disassembled to get some awesome materials for upgrading.
By enhancing the base, players can improve its features and unlock bonuses that will apply to all of their characters. They can also send those said characters to train so that they can let them gain experience. They can also get some awesome loot from that training session. Improving the base will also unlock more training slots and training locations.
