Red Dead Redemption 2 Will Have First-Person Mode

Red Dead Redemption 2 blue death

Game company Rockstar Games recently relayed some interesting information about their upcoming action adventure open-world sequel Red Dead Redemption 2.

Red Dead Redemption 2 gets first-person mode

Rockstar Games recently revealed via a game publication that the upcoming video game will let players experience it in a totally different kind of perspective. They can play the game in first-person mode and it will be available at launch, which will be next month.

This new perspective option was first introduced in the next-gen version of Grand Theft Auto V. According to the game company, the cutscenes are the only ones that will not have a first-person view. The rest can be viewed in such perspective and this will definitely change how players experience this game.

Just like in Grand Theft Auto V, the game will allow players to tap the touchpad, and can cycle through different perspectives. They can cycle through a third-person, a cinematic camera, and the first-person view.

The game will launch soon on Oct. 26. It will be available on PlayStation 4.
