The Wizards For PlayStation VR Allows Players To Cast Spells In Virtual Reality

Game developer Carbon Studio recently announced that the first-person action-adventure virtual reality video game The Wizards is now coming to the PlayStation VR.

The VR game was actually launched earlier this year on PC for different types of VR headsets like HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. Just before Gamescom 2018 arrives, the developers finally announced that it will be coming to the PS VR. Console owners will now be able to fire some fireballs and other kinds of spells in a virtual reality environment with their rendered hands in them.

Unfortunately there is no release date yet for the PSVR version of the video game. The developers did confirm that it will be on display this coming Gamescom 2018. For interested players who are going to the event, they can visit the Polish Pavilion, Hall 4.1, Stand D050 for the try outs. They will be there on Aug. 22-23.

  • Action-adventure VR spellcaster set in a rich fantasy world
  • Campaign featuring time travel, heroic battles and dragons
  • Intuitive system of casting spells with hand gestures
  • Six element-based spells to learn and upgrade
  • High replayability thanks to game-modifying Fate Cards
  • Arena mode with challenging battles on the arenas
  • Free movement and/or teleportation-based exploration

The VR game was recently released on March 8 for PC. Tons of fans and people from the industry gave critical and community-driven praise to the developers. They also gained some award nominations and positive users from different publications and players.
