A certain product page from a popular shopping website recently popped up revealing that popular video game Marvel’s Spider-Man might get another edition soon.
Marvel’s Spider-Man could get new edition
A product page on Amazon UK was recently revealed and featured a familiar sight, but with a slight difference: the game has the subtitle Game of the Year Edition. The post has few details with only the title as the big clue. There are no details on what contents it could entail, but it should have the full game and The City That Never Sleeps add-ons. The free updates, and post-launch suits should be included as well in the GOTY disc.
As of writing, game developer Insomniac Games or publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment has confirmed this new edition.
13.2 million units sold worldwide
In other related news, Sony has announced that the popular video game has now sold over 13.2 million units as of July 28. The previous official figures on its sales had only over nine million copies old as of Dec. 31, 2019. With this new announcement, it was confirmed that a lot of copies were sold due to its popular, gameplay, and new content launched in a timely manner.
The game is now available on PlayStation 4.
