Game company Nippon Ichi Software recently revealed a new trailer for upcoming PlayStation 4 port Disgaea 1 Complete. It features some of the colorful characters in the game.
Disgaea 1 Complete features Prism Rangers
The new trailer features familiar characters from the popular Disgaea series. The character returning is Asagi from Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories. The second is a group of characters that originally appeared as boss characters in the original game Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. The Prism rangers will be returning as bonus playable characters.
All of these characters have made appearances a throughout the series, but this is the first time they appeared in the first game. The Prism Rangers are meant to parody the Sentai series that are popular nowadays in television. Asagi has been one of the recurring characters in the series and has also made appearances in other titles made by Nippon Ichi Software.
The game will launch on the PlayStation 4 for the west this coming Oct. 9. The Japanese version already launched way back on July 26.
