CD Projekt RED CEO Adam Kicinski recently confirmed that the development is currently working on multiple Cyberpunk 2077 projects.
Three Cyberpunk 2077 projects current under development
Kicinski recently confirmed that there are already three different projects based off the upcoming video game and in active development. He confirmed that one of these is the main game that will launch next year. The other game will be based from the franchise, and it will be more focused on multiplayer. There are theories out there that it might be a specific multiplayer mode similar to The Witcher 3’s Gwent card game.
The third game of the series is also in development, but Kicinski did not confirm what it could be. He did confirm that it will be set in the same universe as the major game that will be release next year. It could be a sequel to the game, or an expansion.
The first game will be launched on April 16, 2020. It will be available on PlayStation 4.
