Game publisher Activision and developer Beenox recently revealed some new details of the upcoming post-launch content for recently released video game Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

Actvision recently revealed the first group of post-launch content that was released today. It added new characters, the first Grand Prix Season, and many more.
The first Grand Prix Season will start today, July 3 and will end on July 28. Players can take on Challenges that they can complete during this time. They can gain experience (XP) and unlock new rewards after completing such. It also brings new karts, skins, and customization items to the game.
The most notable content that is included in the first Grand Prix Season is unlocking new characters including Tawna. She was Crash’s girlfriend in the first Crash Bandicoot game, and unlocking her here in the race gaem will be the first time she will be playable. The Nitro Squad or also known as the Trophy Girls from the original game from the PS1 era are now playable.
The new Twilight Tour map is also new content for the game. It is inspired by the Middle East and can dynamically shift from day to night while players are racing on it. Next season will introduce more characters like Baby T. and Baby Crash. They might even bring Spyro the Dragon later on.
