Game publisher Activision recently released some new details about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s next DLC: Operation Absolute Zero.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 new content details
The new update called Operation Absolute Zero will carry some new contents that will make the game more interesting especially the new specialist called Zero. This is a new hacker specialist that uses her abilities to distract players during multiplayer matches. Aside from the new character, it will also include new weapons like the Daemon 3XB SMG, SWAT RFT assault rifle, and the Secret Santa melee weapon.
Visual changes
There are also other changes included in the upcoming update like Blackout getting some awesome upgrades. The map will have visual changes to match a more winter climate for the holidays. There will be a new location on the map called Hijack (which was teased a while ago.) A new vehicle will be added called the ARAV armored vehicle. Zero and the Gladiators from Zombies as specialists for use in Blackout can be unlocked as well.
Balance changes
Some balance changes will be included as well like with the SDM and the Spitfire. There is no specific detail on how it will be changed, but they might be getting nerfed in terms of damage. The audio for the battle royale mode will be adjusted as well.
New tier-leveling system
Zombies will get a new tier-leveling system with the new Black Ops Authenticity Stamp system. It will keep track of the players’ achievements like kills and elixirs created. They will also get a chance to earn Black Market tiers via Zombies.
The Tier showcase has been reduced as well from 200 to 100. Players could earn weapons, warpaint, specialists, and different kinds of gear with this new system.
The game is now available on PlayStation 4. The new update will be launched on Dec. 11.
