A Plague Tale: Innocence Finally Goes Gold Before Launch

A Plague Tale: Innocence

Game developer Asobo Studio and publisher Focus Home Interactive recently announced that upcoming video game A Plague Tale: Innocence has finally gone gold.

A Plague Tale: Innocence goes gold

The upcoming video game is set to launch this coming May 14 and the developers just announced that it has gone gold a month before that. There should be no more issues when it launches and only polishing and slight improvements will be needed before release.

Gone gold actually comes from gold master, which means that the game is already in a shippable state. If it needs some polishing, a day one patch will be developed for it. This also means that the game can now be printed onto discs for retail release.

The game will launch on PlayStation 4.
