Game publisher Idea Factory International recently announced the localization of upcoming video game Azur Lane: Crosswave.
Azur Lane: Crosswave will come to western shores
The publisher will release the Compile Heart and Felistella-developed 3D action shooter video game for the PlayStation 4. It will be available both physically and digitally in North America and Europe in 2020. Players will enjoy Japanese voice-overs with English subtitles for this game. The Japanese version will launch this year, Aug. 29.
This game is actually based from the smartphone version, which was released on both iOS and Android platforms last year. This console version uses the Unreal Engine 4 to recreate the smartphone version characters in cel-shaded 3D graphics.
