Two new characters have joined the big roster of popular 3D action fighting video game Tekken 7 and one of them is from a popular American TV series.
Tekken 7 reveals Julia and Negan
Game publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment recently announced on event EVO Japan the two new characters joining the game’s roster: Tekken veteran Julia Chang and vicious bat-wielding character Negan from AMC’s The Walking Dead.
Julia gameplay
In this version, Julia takes on a pretty much civilian look in this title, but her personality is still the same: same old nature loving chick. Her moveset is quite the same as the old ones with some interesting juggles and strong attacks that could launch opponents in the air. Her special move is quite dangerous as well. She is quite cheerful too as seen as her victory pose.
Negan attacks
It is particularly clear that the developers had fun creating the character Negan and bring it to life in the fighting game. He wields his trusty bat called Lucille and does so many crazy attacks that enemies fly off as soon as he swings it. Not all of his attacks involve his weapon however: he can punch and kick too with so much strength. His special attack is very familiar if the players are familiar with the TV series. The last part of the video is hilarious.
With the two new additions, the season 2 character slots are now full. There is still no information if there will be another season of characters to join in.
The game is now available on PlayStation 4. Two season passes are now available with DLC characters. The DLC characters can be purchased separately as well.
