Game publisher SEGA today released a new trailer of recently launched Valkyria Chronicles 4. It discussed the historical context of the game.
Valkyria Chronicles 4 historical trailer revealed
The new trailer is some sort of an introduction for newcomers of the Valkyria Chronicles series and a refresher for the fans. The game is set in an alternate-history/semi-fictional version of Europe and it is called Europa in the game. The trailer is narrated by the historian named Douglas Welch and discussed the events that led to the war.
The trailer is set up like a documentary with a real life individual talking about the first and second Europa war. Welch talked about the reason of the war and the dependence of ragnite, a precious resource of both sides: the Federation and the Empire. He also talked about the new operation that the Federation is involved with: Operation Northern Cross. He goes on with more details in this short, 5 minute video.
The game is now available on PlayStation 4.
