January is almost done and the Resident Evil 2 Remake just came out. For those who are interested for upcoming horror games, then Those Who Remain may be something to look forward to. An indie horror game developed by Camel 101, Those Who Remain stars Edward Turner, a man with a troubled past, arriving at the wrong place at the wrong time. He soon finds out that there’s something very wrong with the town called Dormont.
From a gameplay perspective, it’s very similar to games like Amnesia or Outlast. A first person view navigating the corridors with dangerous enemies around. While the details are yet to be shed, the trailer does talk about monsters being in the dark. And the video description mentioning that staying in the light is the only way to survive.
For now, there is no release date. But is certainly coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Macintosh Operating Systems, and PC.
