Game developer Obsidian Entertainment recently announced that upcoming video game The Outer Worlds will have an interesting patch on day one.

The latest information that the developers revealed was the upcoming patch the game will have on day one. It will be a mandatory download for PlayStation 4 owners who will buy the physical copy. The day one patch will have a size of 18 GB. It will have tweaks and optimization fixes for the game, but other than that no other details were revealed.
The title update will be included in the preload version of the game for all digital downloads, so no worries there.
Aside from the patch, the developers revealed the RPG’s rolling midnight release times. Check out the schedule here:

- October 25, 2019 – 12:00am EDT

The game will launch on Oct. 25. It will be released on PlayStation 4.
