Definitive Edition upgrades
For gamers who did not know, the Definitive Edition of the JRPG will have an upscaled resolution and a lot of costumes and events that were not released in the west. There are also two new characters joining in that were present in the PlayStation 4 version. These characters are Flynn Scifo, the best friend and rival of Yuri, and Patty Fleur, a young amnesiac pirate.
The game also uses the special version of the Linear Motion Battle System or LMBS for short. Players who played this game can control a single character of the party. The other members will be controlled by an AI that can be set by the players. They can also switch characters at any time they want.
