Game company Sony Interactive Entertainment recently announced that chairman Shawn Layden will be leaving it soon.
Shawn Layden leaves Sony after more than 30 years
The chairman will be leaving the company after more than 30 years with it. There are no other details yet, but the announcement came from the official Twitter account of PlayStation. It wished him well and thanked him for his long service at Sony.
Details of who will be replacing Layden were not revealed as of yet. This announcement was also revealed before they will be unveiling the next generation PlayStation console, which is temporarily named PlayStation 5.
The gaming company salutes for his great service and wish him well in his future endeavors.
