The DICE Awards recently concluded and one video game has garnered the title of Game of the Year for 2019 and it is none other than God of War.
God of War gets GOTY
Just recently during the DICE Awards 2019, the game developer Santa Monica Studios and their video game garnered several awards. It actually gained almost every category that it was nominated for on that night and in total it took home nine awesome honors in nine different categories. These included best art direction, best soundtrack, and best character, which was for Kratos.
The biggest award that the game took was the Game of the Year award. It beat the other nominees in the category, which were Into the Breach, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Return of the Obra Dinn, and Red Dead Redemption 2.
