Game company Epic Games recently revealed a small teaser of what is to come for the upcoming new season of popular battle royale video game Fortnite.

Season 7 is just about done and the next one, Season 8, is just around the corner. Epic Games is now teasing what is to come and with this new Twitter post on its official account, it looks like it is going to be all about pirates. The specifics are still unknown, but the tweet might have some clues to what should be expected.

With that post, it seems to be that players will be looking for some big treasure that can be found in the game’s island. It should also be indicated with an X mark just like any common pirate treasure location. The phrase loot that has been lost can always be found sounds a bit intriguing and could mean that there will be a return of content that was limited before.
Season 8 of the game will begin on Feb. 28. The game is already available on PlayStation 4.
