Game publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment recently released a new gameplay trailer of Dragon Ball FighterZ featuring a new character.
Dragon Ball FighterZ gets Cooler
Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed that the latest character to join the popular fighting video game is none other than Frieza’s brother: Cooler. The new footage is uncut and shows off a lot of his moves in a full match. It shows Cooler, Frieza, and Captain Ginyu against Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan.
This vicious character has several familiar moves that many Dragon Ball fans would recognize. He also has similar moves to Frieza, although a few different variations at that. He is more brutal, bulkier in build, and has tons of good combination attacks. This might become a problematic opponent to face, but he looks a bit slower to most fast moving characters in the game, just like Broly. His special attack, power ball, has more animation compared to Frieza.
Cooler is going to be released in the video game by the end of September. It is said that there will be another mystery character that will be included and a lot of people are saying it is Android 17.
The game is now available on PlayStation 4.
