Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 scream

Game developers Treyarch recently made some changes in popular video game Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Tier System after a lot of fans complained.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Tier system is back to normal

After several complaints from the fans of the popular FPS, Treyarch finally gave in and reverted back the Tier system to its original form. They did not revert it back fully though, but added a few changes to improve it. This was implemented via a new update that was released just recently.

The Tier Contraband system allowed players to earn content for 100 ranks, and after surpassing that they could earn more content as well. The previous update incurred the wrath of the fans since it did not allow them to earn reserve cases after Tier 100, and also took longer to earn them as well.

After reverting back to the old system and with some new improvements, it allowed them to earn reserve crates at double speed as before. For those who bought up to the 100th Tier already and earning all Tiers after, they will now get free reserve cases based on the number of Tiers they have ranked up since 100.

Treyarch explained that the problems associated with the new Tier system were unintended. The said improvements were only meant to help the community and fans get more items, but instead made some issues.

The game is now available on PlayStation 4.
