Alongside Borderlands 3’s huge reveal, Gearbox and 2K Games have announced that Borderlands Game of the Year Edition is also coming to the PS4. Fans are in luck as the game will launch in just a few days from now, April 3, 2019, in the U.S – that’s April 4 in Asia.
Borderlands Game of the Year Edition will have 4K Ultra HD and HDR for PS4 Pro owners, while improved lightings, textures, and character models will also be on the standard PS4. And it’s not just visually enhanced for current-gen PlayStation, the game’s quality of life upgrades includes a smoother overall experience which improves the mini-map (following a Borderlands 2 style), the inventory system, and even more.
The package also includes four DLCs aside from the base game: The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned, Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, and Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution.
