Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy! Coming To The West

Game company Square Enix recently announced that video game remake Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY! will be launching on western countries soon.

Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy! details

The game will launch on the west together with the Japanese release, which will be on March 20 and will be available for PlayStation 4. This means that both Japanese and localized version will be launched together and that will mean fans will not have to wait for a long time to get it translated.

This is actually the latest title in the game series and it is known in Japan as Chocobo no Fushigi na Dungeon. The games are actually like roguelikes with the same gameplay and systems as other Mystery Dungeon-like games. The levels are randomly generated and if the character is not moving, no one else moves either.

Every Buddy is actually a remake of the original version, Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo’s Dungeon, which was released on Wii way back in December 2007 in Japan and July 2008 in the west.
